Netcore is an influencer-marketing agency operating in the iGaming sector, connecting licensed betting and casino operators with content creators and influencers. Netcore is operated by Netcore OÜ, a company incorporated in Estonia under registry code 16984312 (VAT EE102615487), with its registered office at Sepapaja tn 6, Tallinn 15551, Estonia, and operational offices in Lisbon and Milan.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website and marketing services. By using the site, contacting us, or entering into a campaign with us, you agree to these terms. Specific engagements are also governed by the individual agreement, insertion order or statement of work signed between us (the “Order”), which prevails over these terms in the event of conflict.

Netcore acts as an intermediary. For operators, we plan and manage influencer and paid-traffic campaigns and provide analysis and forecasting to support decisions. For creators, we source and represent talent, introduce brands and help manage campaigns.

Netcore is not a gambling operator, does not operate any betting or casino product, and does not accept wagers or hold player funds. All gambling products are provided solely by the operators themselves.

The site and our services are intended for businesses and professionals, not consumers, and for individuals aged 18 or over. By using the services you represent that:

• you are at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into these terms;
• if you are an operator, you hold all licences and authorisations required to offer your product in each market you target;
• if you are a creator, your audience and content comply with the applicable platform rules and local law.

Where you engage us as an operator or brand, you are responsible for:

• holding and maintaining valid gambling licences for every jurisdiction you target, and only targeting jurisdictions where your product is lawful;
• the lawfulness and accuracy of the creatives, offers, landing pages and terms you provide;
• compliance with all applicable advertising, gambling, consumer-protection and data-protection laws in your target markets, including any restrictions on the advertising of gambling;
• responsible-gambling and age-verification measures on your own product and pages.

Where we represent or engage you as a creator, you agree to:

• provide accurate audience and performance information and not to artificially inflate reach, engagement or clicks;
• clearly disclose paid partnerships in line with platform rules and applicable law (for example, using #ad or the platform’s paid-partnership label);
• follow each platform’s policies and the campaign brief, and not to direct gambling content at people who are under 18;
• comply with the local rules on gambling advertising that apply to your audience’s market.

Any scores, forecasts, projected first-time depositors, CPA, ROI or “ideal offer” figures we provide are estimates based on data and modelling. They are not promises, guarantees or investment advice, and actual results will vary. Nothing on the site or in our materials is an offer, inducement or advice to gamble, nor a guarantee of winnings.

Fees, deal structures (CPA, revenue-share, hybrid or flat fee), payment terms and tracking are set out in the applicable Order. Unless the Order says otherwise, fees are exclusive of VAT and other taxes, which you are responsible for where applicable.

The site, our name, logo and materials are owned by Netcore or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Rights in campaign content are governed by the applicable Order.

You must not use the site or our services unlawfully, to promote unlicensed gambling, to target prohibited jurisdictions or minors, to submit false data, or in any way that infringes third-party rights or platform policies.

The site and our materials are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netcore is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid to us under the relevant Order in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify Netcore against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your product or creatives, or your non-compliance with the laws and licences that apply to you.

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or services if you breach these terms or an Order, or where required by law. Termination of a campaign is governed by the applicable Order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, where Netcore OÜ is incorporated. The courts of Tallinn, Estonia have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or local-law protections that may apply.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one available on this page.
